Pioneer Valley single-family home sales increase 17.6% in 2012 Reply

Pioneer Valley single-family home sales were up 17.6% with a slight drop in median home prices in 2012 when compared with sales figures from 2011, according to the REALTOR® Association of Pioneer Valley (RAPV).   Single-family home sales increased from 3,868 with a median sales price of $180,000 in 2011 to 4,551 home sales with a median sale price of $178,500.   Below is a chart of the sales figures by county.
